I found this article on the web when doing some rersearch to answer some loon who replied to my "John Dough, Inc." article (that was reposted on a different website) the whole hairbrained idea that "by using all all capital letters in our names on documents make us government owned corporations and not people". Actually that might not exactly be his argument. When confronted with monumental stupidity, my brain looks for places of logic and reason to rest. As Goebbels said, "People will believe any lie as long as it is big enough".
In my terse reply to that nutcase. I included two sayings. The first is an old Texas saying about the futility of trying to talk reason with an idiot. "It does no good try try to teach a pig to sing; it just wastes your time and it annoys the pig." The other is from Frank Schaeffer, to whit "The villiage cannot reorganize village life to suit the village idiot."
I also asked the poster (anonymous, of course) why none of the believers in any of these insane theories can ever point to any actual case law which supports their claims?
